初多心一化，成滿此相違者，初起化事由多化心，方能化作一所化事；後若成滿，與此相違，但一化心即能化作眾多化事。

Regarding "at first, many minds [create] one apparition; / when fully mastered, it is the reverse": when first producing apparitional phenomena, it takes many apparition-minds to create a single apparitional phenomenon; later, when one has attained full mastery, it is the reverse of this: a single apparition-mind can create numerous apparitional phenomena.
