'Because they are unobstructed regarding objects' explains the meaning of 'power'. Because knowledge is unobstructed in knowing regarding objects, it is designated as a 'power'. Because of this, the ten powers rely solely on the Buddha's body: only a Buddha has forever severed all afflictions and latencies and is able to know everything at will with respect to all objects; other noble ones are not like this, and therefore [their knowledge] is not called a power.
