定由通所成者，教誡示導定由第六漏盡通成，故最為尊。前二示導呪藥亦成，非定由通，故非勝也。如有呪術名健駄利（此云持地也），持此便能騰空自在。復有呪術名伊剎尼（此云觀察），持此便能知他心念。

Regarding "because it is definitely accomplished by supernormal knowledge": the demonstration of admonition is definitely accomplished by the sixth supernormal knowledge of the destruction of outflows, and therefore it is the most eminent. The first two demonstrations can also be accomplished through spells and herbs, and are not definitely accomplished by supernormal knowledge; therefore, they are not superior. For example, there is a spell called Gāndhārī (which translates as "holding the earth"); by holding this, one can soar through space with sovereign ease. There is also a spell called Īkṣaṇī (which translates as "observation"); by holding this, one can know another's thoughts.
