29.30

釋曰：滅定解脫，〈根品〉已釋。餘解脫等通由二得，若曾修者由離染得，未曾習者由加行得。四無色解脫，空、識二遍處，一一通依三界身起。餘唯人起，由教力故，異生及聖皆能現起。

The commentary explains: The liberation of the attainment of cessation was already explained in the 'Indriya Chapter'. The remaining liberations and so forth are accessible through both kinds of attainment: if one practiced them before, they are attained through detachment; if one has not practiced them before, they are attained through application. The four immaterial liberations, and the two totalities of space and consciousness, each universally arise depending on physical bases across the three realms. The rest arise only in humans; due to the power of instruction, ordinary beings as well as noble ones are all capable of manifesting them.
