29.49

釋曰：既失大師，又無法奘，凡厥異生便無慧眼，不見真理，無法自制，起惡尋思，亂惑聖教，其過大矣。

The commentary explains: Having already lost the great master and also lacking the storehouse of the Dharma, ordinary beings simply lack the wisdom eye: not seeing the real truth and having no Dharma to restrain themselves, they give rise to evil discursive thinking and confuse and delude the noble teaching—their fault is great indeed!
