即此悅名樂者，即前身受，名為即此悅也。於身受中能攝益者，名為樂根。

"Physical pleasure is called joy" means: that very aforesaid physical feeling being pleasant is called "physical pleasure". That which can comfort and benefit within bodily feeling is called the pleasure faculty (sukhendriya).
