論主答云：「由此心有住異相故，故不恒時生於自果。此住異相，於別修心相續生中最隨順故。」
The author of the treatise answers, saying: "Because this mind has the characteristics of duration and change, it does not constantly produce its own fruit. These characteristics of duration and change are most compliant in the continuum of minds arising from distinct cultivation."
