30.27

從此第五，業生先後分，先難、後明，次破勝論。勝論難云：「若實無我，業已滅壞，云何復能生未來果？」

From here is the fifth section, on the sequence of karmic arising. First an objection, then clarification, next refuting the Vaiśeṣika. The Vaiśeṣika objects, saying: "If there is truly no self, and karma has already perished, how can it again produce future fruits?"
