于時文永七年（丁亥）七月十日，於三井寺法泉房之內北窓，以右本遂寫功畢。

At that time, on the tenth day of the seventh month in the seventh year of the Bun'ei era (dinghai), at the north window inside the Hōsenbō of Mii-dera, using the exemplar [noted to the] right, the copying was completed.
