執真我為有，則為見牙傷者，釋初句也。執我之見猶如其牙，必傷於人，合前太急喻也。

'If one grasps that a real self exists, one is harmed by the teeth of views' explains the first line. The view of grasping a self is like her teeth, which would inevitably harm the person, corresponding to the previous analogy of being too tight.
