從此第四，明相應因，論云：「如是已說同類因相，第四相應因相云何？」頌曰：
From here, fourth, is the explanation of the associated cause (saṃprayuktakahetu). The treatise says: "The characteristics of the similar cause have thus been explained; what are the characteristics of the fourth, the associated cause?" The verse says:
