餘由二緣生者，餘謂色法及不相應，此二類法由因緣、增上二緣所生，非能緣故，除所緣緣。非心等引生，無等無間緣。

"The rest are produced from two conditions": 'the rest' refers to material phenomena (rūpa) and [conditioned phenomena] non-associated [with mind] (cittaviprayuktasaṃskāra). These two classes of phenomena are produced by two conditions: the condition as cause and the condition as predominance. Because they are not cognitive agents, the condition as object of cognition is excluded. Because they are not induced and produced by mind and the like, they have no immediately contiguous condition.
