9.39

釋曰：前兩句標名列數，下兩句依世立支。十二支者，一無明、二行、三識、四名色、五六處、六觸、七受、八愛、九取、十有、十一生、十二老死。言三際者，一、前際，即是過去；二、後際，即是未來也；三、中際，謂現在世也。

The commentary states: The first two lines state the names and enumerate the count; the subsequent two lines establish the links based on the lifetimes. As for the twelve links: 1. ignorance, 2. karmic formations, 3. consciousness, 4. name-and-form, 5. the six sense spheres, 6. contact, 7. feeling, 8. craving, 9. grasping, 10. existence, 11. birth, 12. aging and death. As for "three periods": first, the prior period, which is the past; second, the posterior period, which is the future; third, the middle period, which refers to the present existence.
