2.21

攝法門第七。自上以來都是就二諦以釋八不。然八不言約義豐、意深理遠，總攝一切大乘經論甚深祕密義。今略歷約十條以解釋之。

Seventh: Section on encompassing phenomena. From the above onward, the eight negations have been explained entirely in terms of the two truths. However, the eight negations are concise in language but abundant in meaning, profound in intention and far-reaching in principle, comprehensively encompassing all the extremely profound and secret meanings of the Mahāyāna sūtras and śāstras. Now they are briefly explained by going through ten points.
