答：以慧為首攝一切故，申此論名，彼所成地，出世行中，慧偏勝故。
Answer: Because with wisdom as the foremost, they encompass all. In expounding the name of this treatise, [these are] the stages arisen from them; among supramundane practices, wisdom is singularly superior.
