若此三依以四緣名顯者，如唯識云：如次增上緣依、等無間緣依、因緣依，所以不說緣緣者，即是第三所緣門攝，故所依中不說也。

If these three bases are revealed by the names of the four conditions, as Consciousness-Only says: respectively, the basis as sovereign condition, the basis as immediately contiguous condition, and the basis as cause-condition. The reason why the objective condition is not mentioned is that it is subsumed under the third gate of the cognitive object; therefore it is not mentioned among the bases.
