若備公云：善心起時，極少十八數俱起，謂善十除安，遍行五，別境三，謂念、定、慧，辨遠離中，云恒信等相應故。

As for Master Bei, he said: 'When a wholesome mind arises, at minimum eighteen factors arise together, namely, the ten wholesome factors excluding pliancy, the five omnipresent factors, and three specific-object factors, namely mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom; because in explaining detachment, it says that it is constantly associated with faith and so forth.'
