有行相者，謂行解相狀，唯有為緣、非無為緣，無分別智、無相狀故，如識自影。

Having an active aspect (sākāra) refers to the image-characteristic of cognitive understanding; it takes only the conditioned as an object, not the unconditioned, because non-conceptual wisdom is without image-characteristics, like consciousness's own reflection.
