次明四劫，各二十為一大劫，中唯二十住劫，有增有減可說二十，成壞空三既無增減，准住劫量。

Next, explaining the four kalpas, each consisting of twenty [intermediate kalpas] making one great kalpa: among them, only the twenty kalpas of abiding have increases and decreases and can be spoken of as twenty; since the three of formation, destruction, and emptiness have neither increase nor decrease, they are measured on the model of the kalpa of abiding.
