景法師云：成劫中劫一劫成器世間，後十九劫漸布眾生，五道住處皆悉遍有，贍部洲人壽命無量，未減一分。爾時判屬成劫中第十九劫，從壽無量漸減未至八萬歲來，即屬成中第二十劫。從壽八萬漸減乃至十歲，即屬住二十劫中第一住劫。

Dharma Master Jing says: 'Among the intermediate kalpas of the formation kalpa, one kalpa forms the receptacle world, and the subsequent nineteen kalpas gradually disperse sentient beings until the dwelling places of the five destinies are completely filled. The lifespan of humans in Jambudvīpa is immeasurable, without having decreased by a single fraction. At that time, it is classified as the nineteenth kalpa of the formation kalpa. From the gradual decrease of the immeasurable lifespan down to just before reaching eighty thousand years, it belongs to the twentieth kalpa of formation. From the gradual decrease from eighty thousand years down to ten years, it belongs to the first dwelling kalpa among the twenty dwelling kalpas.'
