次造他化乃至夜摩忉利已下，從下向上次第而成。舊俱舍云：如前劫中火災壞後，初禪已下三千界，久遠虛空，後劫將起，於虛空中，有微細風，漸漸而起，以為種子，出生七寶，造於梵宮，及造欲界、空居四天，所有宮殿。

Next, it forms the Paranirmitavaśavartin heaven down to the Yāma heaven; from Trāyastriṃśa downward, they are formed in succession from bottom to top. The old Kośa says: 'As in the previous kalpa after the destruction by fire, the trichiliocosm from the first dhyāna downward is an ancient void; when the subsequent kalpa is about to begin, subtle winds gradually arise in the empty sky, serving as seeds to generate the seven treasures, forming the Brahmā palaces and forming all the palaces of the four heavens dwelling in empty space in the desire realm.'
