安立器世間，風輪最居下，其量廣無數，厚十六洛叉。次上水輪深，十一億二萬，下八洛叉水，餘凝結成金。此水金輪廣，徑十二洛叉，三千四百半，周圍此三倍。

'Establishing the receptacle world, / the wind mandala is situated at the very bottom; / its extent is countless, / its thickness sixteen hundred thousand [yojanas]. / Above it, the water mandala has a depth / of one billion one hundred and twenty thousand; / the lower eight hundred thousand are water, / the remainder congeals into gold. / This water and gold mandala has a diameter / of twelve hundred thousand, / three thousand four hundred and a half, / and its circumference is three times this.'
