景師云：若無金輪，向下填埤，風輪衝水，有上昇義，由向下捺，名為風飈之所衝薄。
Master Jing says: 'If there were no gold mandala packing it down below, the wind mandala surging against the water would have an upward tendency; because it presses down, it is described as being struck and pressed by the surging wind.'
