非天脇者，似阿修羅脇，故以為名，如王舍城，廣轉脇山，與此相似，善住龍王、帝釋之所乘也。
"Asura-flank" is named because it resembles the flank of an asura; it is similar to the Mount Flank of Great Turning in Rājagṛha. The Dragon King Supratiṣṭhita is the mount of Śakra.
