二十二種發憤者，發憤緣故。邪業方便者，邪身語業方便也。又如有貸物將云不肯還主名為陷逗。

Regarding the twenty-two kinds of arousal of anger: these are conditions for the arousal of anger. "Expedients of wrong livelihood": these are the expedients of wrong bodily and vocal karma. Furthermore, it is like borrowing an item and later claiming refusal to return it to the owner; this is termed "entrapment and cheating".
