七苦，不說第八苦者，基師云：成劫已有非於住劫方新有故。一解廢總、就別，故略不說。

Regarding the seven sufferings, as to why the eighth suffering is not mentioned: Master Ji says: It already existed during the eon of formation and did not newly come into being only in the eon of abiding. Another explanation is that the general was omitted in favor of the specific, and hence it is summarized without being mentioned.
