1.94

無餘依地，二乘唯以真如為性，餘依無故，佛身有餘，前後兩解。無餘三解，今取正義。佛身有為功德，有餘依攝。無為功德無餘依攝，如論具陳。

The stage without remainder has as its nature, for the two vehicles, exclusively tathatā, because no further remainder exists. Regarding the Buddha's body with remainder, there are earlier and later explanations. Regarding without remainder, there are three explanations; we now take the correct view: The Buddha's body's conditioned qualities are subsumed under [the stage] with remainder, and unconditioned qualities are subsumed under [the stage] without remainder, as set forth in detail in the treatise.
