此二增強，故略偏立，由斯釋論云：此中存略且說十七，非依餘法不得立地，以瑜伽師用一切法為依緣故。

Because these two are predominant and strong, they are concisely and specifically established. Because of this, the Commentary says: "Here, preserving brevity, we speak provisionally of seventeen; it is not that a stage cannot be established based on other dharmas, since a yoga practitioner uses all dharmas as supports and objects."
