解云：此說相顯，律儀戒是止善，說顯攝善法戒是作善，住淨戒已修習相顯，故云受律儀為大菩提集善名攝善法戒，就實三聚戒並說受得故也。

The explanation is: "This explains the manifest aspect. The morality of disciplined conduct is the good of cessation; it is explained to reveal that the morality of collecting wholesome dharmas is the good of performance. Having dwelt in pure morality, the characteristics of cultivation are manifest; therefore it says that receiving disciplined conduct and accumulating good for the sake of great bodhi is called the morality of collecting wholesome dharmas. In actual fact, the three clusters of precepts are all said to be obtained through reception."
