言或復知彼法至其手轉布非人者，非是法器故名非人。舊論云：向惡人說。
Regarding the phrase 'or furthermore knowing that when that Dharma reaches his hands, it will be transmitted to non-humans': because they are not Dharma vessels, they are called non-humans. The old treatise says: 'speaking to an evil person'.
