義曰：三十二略戒中以六波羅蜜別攝故不以十一相屬，今此十一相一一相具度，故不同前三十二略戒。三十二略戒義狹，此中義寬。

The meaning is: In the thirty-two concise precepts, because they are individually subsumed under the six pāramitās, they are not correlated with the eleven aspects; whereas here, each of the eleven aspects completely possesses the pāramitās, and therefore it is not like the preceding thirty-two concise precepts. The thirty-two concise precepts are narrower in meaning, whereas here the meaning is broader.
