測云：增上心異熟戒者，謂定共戒能感色無色界異熟果。利有情異熟戒者，謂感人報殊勝果攝利有情。

Ce says: The ripened morality of the higher mind refers to the morality concurrent with concentration being able to induce the ripened fruition of the form and formless realms. The ripened morality of benefiting sentient beings refers to inducing the superior fruition of human retribution to gather and benefit sentient beings.
