自下第三明戒行所作。於中，初攝九為三；次明三聚各有所作；後明攝所作盡。

From here below, the third part explains the tasks accomplished by moral practice. Herein, first it subsumes the nine into three; next it explains that each of the three collections has its own task accomplished; and finally it explains that all tasks accomplished are fully subsumed.
