解中有三：初舉忍境；次、應知如是學下，對境修忍；後、云何名忍下，釋忍者義。

Within the explanation there are three parts: first, it adduces the objects of patience; next, from 'one should know that training in this way' onward, cultivating patience toward the objects; finally, from 'how is it called patience' onward, explaining the meaning of patience.
