云何七種？一、不饒益忍，即耐他怨害忍；二、從一切忍，即安受苦忍也，此之四種對境分別；三、一切處忍；四、一切時忍，此二時處分別；五、身忍；六、語忍；七、意忍。此即三業分別。

What are the seven kinds? First, patience regarding lack of benefit—that is, patience that endures harm by other enemies; second, patience following from all—that is, patience that peacefully accepts suffering; these four kinds are distinguished according to their objects; third, patience in all places; fourth, patience at all times; these two are distinguished according to time and place; fifth, bodily patience; sixth, vocal patience; seventh, mental patience; these are distinguished according to the three types of action.
