言一切分別，種種分別者，如對法種種分別，是十散動，一切分別，即散動，次前解之。
Regarding the words "all conceptualizations and manifold conceptualizations": as in the Abhidharmasamuccaya, manifold conceptualizations are the ten distractions, and all conceptualizations are distractions; this was explained just prior to this.
