梵云般若，此名為慧，當知第六度。梵云若那，此名為智，當第十度，前明定品心專得照明，故次辨慧，此中廣明故曰慧品。

In Sanskrit, it is called prajñā, which is termed here 'prajñā-wisdom' (hui), and one should know that it corresponds to the sixth pāramitā. In Sanskrit, it is called jñāna, which is termed here 'knowledge' (zhi), corresponding to the tenth pāramitā. Previously, the chapter on meditative concentration explained that the mind becomes focused and attains illumination; therefore, next wisdom is distinguished. Since it is extensively elucidated here, it is called the 'Chapter on Wisdom'.
