義曰：不然，一布施前已廣明，三攝事雖慧攝前未廣明，故今辯之。文中，初以頌長行總開九章，後別釋三事。

The commentary states: It is not so. The first, giving, was already extensively explained previously; although the three means of grasping are subsumed under wisdom, they were not extensively explained previously, and thus they are distinguished now. In the text, verses and prose first generally open nine headings, and then explain the three matters separately.
