10.83

解中，先舉三句，次開三句相數，後別釋云，言不為隨順不等過失。擬補云：菩薩聽法時不為隨順求為行人故聽法，亦不法師過失聽法，不自輕蔑者，謂起練磨心勿自輕蔑也。

In the explanation, it first raises three phrases, next opens the characteristics and numbers of the three phrases, and finally explains them separately, saying: "The words 'not for the sake of following [others]' and so on [refer to] faults." Supplying the sense: when a bodhisattva listens to the Dharma, it is not for the sake of following others to seek to become a practitioner that he listens to the Dharma, nor is it [to find] faults in the Dharma master that he listens to the Dharma. "Not deprecating oneself" means giving rise to a refined mind and not slighting oneself.
