菩薩何故求聞正法下答第三問求法之意，欲求一切智智故求法也。
From "For what reason does a bodhisattva seek to hear the true Dharma?" downward answers the third question regarding the intention of seeking the Dharma: it is out of a desire to seek the knowledge of all knowledges (sarvajñājñāna) that he seeks the Dharma.
