中景判為六：一、修四無量；二、修四法；三、修習隨念，嗢拕南，此云略義總義，三寶及波羅蜜修習隨念；四、信解離，言真如；五、修三學；六、修六度四攝。

Zhongjing analyzes it into six: first, cultivating the four immeasurables; second, cultivating the four dharmas; third, cultivating mindfulness—udāna, which is translated here as 'summarized meaning' or 'comprehensive meaning'—namely, cultivating mindfulness of the Three Jewels and the pāramitās; fourth, having conviction in and understanding tathatā that is free from words; fifth, cultivating the three trainings; sixth, cultivating the six perfections and four means of embrace.
