11.50

答曰：如諸菩薩為利有情求如意寶，得此寶時雖無分別，能隨眾生福力上下起雲雨寶利益事成，此亦如是，本為利他於多劫中修習此智，得此智時雖無分別，而隨眾生福力上下起後智雲施法施財雨種種寶，一切成辦，雖無分別而是大慈。

Answer: Just as bodhisattvas seek a wish-fulfilling jewel for the benefit of sentient beings, and when they obtain this jewel, although it is without discrimination, it can raise clouds and rain down jewels in accordance with the higher or lower power of sentient beings' merit, thus accomplishing the work of benefiting them—this is also like that. Originally cultivating this wisdom over many kalpas for the sake of benefiting others, when they obtain this wisdom, although it is without discrimination, in accordance with the higher or lower power of sentient beings' merit it raises the clouds of subsequent wisdom, bestows the Dharma, bestows material wealth, and rains down various treasures, accomplishing everything. Although it is without discrimination, it is great loving-kindness.
