11.57

測云：若麁分別，四禪已上名無苦無樂，三惡趣名為有苦，三禪已下乃至欲界人天名為有樂，巨細分別，於無色界具有三種。

Ce says: if roughly differentiated, the fourth dhyāna and above are called 'neither suffering nor pleasure,' the three bad destinies are called 'having suffering,' and from the third dhyāna down to humans and devas of the desire realm are called 'having pleasure'; if finely differentiated, the formless realm possesses all three kinds.
