復有二苦等者，遠師云：即前二門中苦，謂宿因所生苦即前癡異熟生苦，現緣所生苦即是前欲為根本苦，但以義別故來。

Regarding the statement that there are further two forms of suffering and so forth, Master Yuan says: these are the sufferings in the previous two categories; that is, the suffering born of past causes is the aforementioned suffering born of the ripening of delusion, and the suffering born of present conditions is the aforementioned suffering having desire as its root; they are presented only because the nuances differ.
