言廣見諸佛，善根清淨，如前應知者，謂前初地中云：謂於佛法僧供養攝受故，以四攝事成熟有情故，以一切善根迴向菩提故等。

The statement 'widely seeing the buddhas, having purified roots of virtue, should be known as before' refers to what was said earlier in the first stage: 'namely, due to making offerings to and taking refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Saṅgha, due to maturing sentient beings through the four means of gathering, due to dedicating all roots of virtue toward awakening...', and so forth.
