爾時乃至永不復生者，景云：昔已來由邪分別妄法恒起，今已不起分別，因未來妄法永不復生。測云：於此八地中，一切人執及意識法執皆不現行，故云一切邪分別執，皆悉遠離。

Regarding "at that time, up to never arising again": Jing says: From the past up to now, due to erroneous conceptual constructions, false dharmas constantly arose; now that conceptual constructions no longer arise, future false dharmas will never arise again due to this cause. Ce says: In this eighth stage, all grasping at a person and the mental consciousness's grasping at dharmas do not become manifest; therefore it says "all erroneous conceptual graspings are entirely abandoned."
