第三明攝六以為三學，前四為戒學，施為戒資糧，戒為自性，忍為眷屬，精進為守護，後二為心慧可解。

Third, explaining the subsumption of the six into the three trainings: the first four are the training in higher morality—giving is the requisite for morality, morality is its intrinsic nature, patience is its retinue, and vigor is its protector; the latter two are [the trainings in] mind and wisdom, which can be understood.
