六、明威力，並是攝報果文，景云：所有威力下，明願智果中威力果。今解，不爾。
Sixth clarifies sovereign power. These are all passages on the fruition of accrued retribution. Jing says that from 'all sovereign power...' onward clarifies the fruition of sovereign power within the fruition of knowledge born of aspiration; this is now explained as not so.
