若於爾時於自己名，唯有客想已生已得者，牒前父母為立自己之名唯是假名已生已得無實有我。

As for "if at that time, with respect to one's own name, only the adventitious concept has arisen and been attained": it takes up the preceding point that one's own name established by parents is merely a provisional designation, which has already arisen and been attained, with no real existing self.
