謂自稱言我所知障斷於一切法現前覺了即一切智無畏不共二乘，煩惱障斷證得漏盡此共二乘，即漏盡無畏，為求脫苦者說道能出苦應當修習，即於向前出苦聖道有諸障法勸令遠離。

That is to say, praising oneself by saying: 'My cognitive obscurations are severed, and I have present awakening regarding all dharmas'—this is the fearlessness of omniscience, which is not shared with the two vehicles; 'My afflictive obscurations are severed, and I have verified the exhaustion of taints'—this is shared with the two vehicles, and is the fearlessness of the exhaustion of taints; explaining to those seeking escape from suffering that the path can lead out of suffering and should be cultivated, and admonishing them to keep far away from the obstructive dharmas regarding that aforementioned noble path leading out of suffering.
